Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Because UNSENT products are made to order, we do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
